World #1 with ridiculous reputation

I would like to ask about the #1 ranked player called '666'.
How can this person be lvl 39 and have a reputation of 21590?
The #2 person is lvl 99 and have a reputation of 6740.
The #3 person is also lvl 99 with a reputation of 4784.

I tried to upload a snapshot of this, but apparently a 754kB file is too big.

So I was wondering about the above...

This reputation value was initially achieved by taking advantage of how the search algorithm worked back in mid 2018. We've since fixed the flaw in the algorithm which was preventing low level, high reputation players from appearing in the search, as well as implementing other changes in order to steadily bring Reputation values "back into line."

This worked for the most part, and we are aware that some networks have been more resistant to these adjustments than others The networks in question are still on our radar, and hope to find a subtle solution that doesn't ruin the Reputation game for everyone.
