Just some Rouge thoughts and tries after reading this whole thread:

So checked the regitered e-mails: 'morimarty134@gmail.com' & 'ergotwins@gmail.com' and tried to login to the google accounts using both 'H34r7Br0k3n' and some iterations of the original 'SaveDjVu' as passwords, but no luck there.

Also the above binary translates to 'e0 f0 06 00 88 80 40 04 02 00 80 80 30 07 83 01' Hex, '4PAGAIiAQAQCAICAMAeDAQ==' Base64 and '224 240 6 0 136 128 64 4 2 0 128 128 48 7 131 1' Decimal.

Btw. the counter at 'heartme.net' expires at "December 19, 2016 00:00:00", wonder what will happen then...

The latest on heartme.net is that it's open to certain sql injection attacks. Looks as if the semicolon is filtered. So the sql injection has to exclude them.

We still need to solve the Hex code.

It looks as if the bytes has been swapped. Reversing the whole thing doesn't work.

Since a palindrome is the clue. You probably need to reverse the individual bytes.

Not tried this, but it will most likely be that sort of twist.

Personally I think we will find a clue in heartme.net to then be able to solve SaVedjvu.

DjVu should be the AI DejaVu in missions, she has her own mission line and only appeared once in Storms corp mission where they tell you to hack her and reset the AI.

3 letters site return 60 symbols string
more then 3 letters, return 40 symbols

if Julius name, it return 80 symbols (Julius like Gaius Julius Caesar)
