Hello, what does it mean: Get access to all nodes? What the difference between it and "capture all nodes" ?

Pretty sure it means capture all nodes, but man, that base looks tough af.

But may be we made a mistake while working on localizations. I am pretty sure that this mission is not in stealth and you are supposed to capture the nodes. Just the objective text can be wrong.
