Ugggg I miss the old search way better. Hardly anyone in range when you get levels. Even if you climb rep. Went down 500 and now going back up its the same people in rotation. It seems to be a bit closer in level and rep. Before it was mostly rep. I have yet to see anyone -10 levels on me. Before when I was in my 20's I could see people in there low 40's and 50's. Now that that I moved up in levels. Its like people +5 or -6. Really slim pickings. Progress is really starting to slow down. Literally no one to hack.

If the range is too large you get players you can't hack at all or players with an extremely easy network to hack. Its just more fair this way. Just upgrade your programs and it will be easier.

Searches bring the same people in each search most the time.

"slightly"?! I'm at level 46, core level 11 and reputation is 613.
Each and every search I face so strong players I need minimum level 20 beam.

Just wait it out. The timeouts mostly effected the higher players at low rep. We are being bumped up. By 300-400 rep. As we adjust to new rep levels, so will the new searches. You may have to drop, but to which rep range is unknown. If I was you I would just stop searching and wasting money.

I can confirm that people are appearing more often in the search now. For example, in 1,5h i've been playing today i hacked two people twice and used a few more that were lvl 50+ btw (hi Silken and Alpha-Killer ) to drop rep 3 times each.
