I don´t know any trustworthy information, but I guess that if you could start research (which is quite expensive) and then cancel it with full refund, many people would start using it as unreacheable stash of ß. Given that you would get more than 80% of price back. But if they will make it like 60% of price back for cancelling research, I think it would be balanced.

There's a 50% refund available if you use it when upgrading nodes, but as for why it's not available for programs I couldn't say for certain. My only speculation would be gamplay-wise, in that once you start overwriting a program, you can't bail out halfway as you end up with a corrupt file. It seems Ergo v.0002 doesn't have the capability to make backups

Accidentally upgraded my access to lvl 3 but needed to unlock portal.
I was so frustrated now i need to to wait an entire 18h to unlock my portal.Annoying game even if Trickster arts is not giving a cancel option just give another confirmation pop up while clicking on the develop option confirming that you need to upgrade that program or not but its like just click and booooom your program is starting to develop.
Trickster Arts or Ladty if you can give an official thought on this i would be thankful.

There is a confirmation box that pops up. You clicked yes to confirm your choice. There is no click boom as you suggest. Make wiser choices.

Yeah i went lost my temper when i developed access instead of Portal because i was in a hurry i guess, i just open the game now and develop things and my base and close it back because the game just lost its charm Trickster arts is not developing any major things.
Iam just waiting for the next update thats why iam just keeping the app if there are not some major updates iam just uninstalling the app there is no point in keeping it.
This game just make me lose my temper and then i come on this website .
