New phone is not loading user data.

Post by Sarthex » Fri Oct 14, 2016 3:48 am

I was using a Kyocera (phone) and yesterday changed over to a Alcatel. After loading the application (hackers) into the new phone, I keep getting placed into the create a new account interface. I checked to make sure in the old phone that the Google play read (connected), and checked the new phone to make sure all the account syncs are correct (they are) but regardless of how I try I can not get it to read into my account on the new phone. The old phone does read into the account though. Other applications i have on the new phone are all reading into my accounts at other places thru Google play (this stated for information). I was a beta user and wondered if this could have any bearing on the problem. Please advise on how I may solve this problem. I did look into the forum and Wiki, as far as I was able to discern, this should not happen if the Google play interface was (connected). Thank you. Rick / Sarthex

This will be probably better suited for solving directly through email with us, please write at the details about what account you were playing on (name, level, country) and preferably send a current screenshot of it.
In the meantime, you can finish the tutorial on your new device (just create some new network, it will later be disconnected/replaced by your original one). After you finish it, visit the options and check if you have '[connected]' status there as well, or try to connect it manually if it states [connect].
The rest (if it does not connect automatically) we will solve with you through the mail ;)
