How big is LOOT at LOW REP?

My highest reputation is 1500+... but the loot i get at that rep was too low 
... so i decided to make my rep at 0.. worth it lol 
Biggest loot i think is at low reputation... players in this rep. use to upgrade their farm instead of making their defense stronger = big loot
