Why did you reset your account?

Reasons to reset your account:
1. Bought credit packs
2. Want to keep playing with the same google play account (if on Android)

i'm actually top 37 in my country.. i just realize i do something wrong in my network (like upgrading the wrong node).. i just want to reset my account so i can do right thing and apply things i've learned to defend my core... and i love to start from the beginning for thrill lol

So... if neither of the two reasons apply, then you could do it yourself.

Create another google play account and clear the game's data from your phone's/tablet/emulator settings and when you launch the game again, just select the new account you wish to use.

Actually still they didn't able to reset my main account.. my second account was made from 'parallel space' a duplicating app.. maybe your right.. i just have to make a new google acc. instead of reseting my main acc.

An email has been sent, which requires additional details and confirmation. While we understand that players would like their network reset as soon as possible, this feature is not a standard option of the game, and are processed as a goodwill gesture. The process itself can take up to 7 days as it needs to be done manually.

If you're in a hurry, the suggestions above work just fine.
