What if Rank boundaries are dynamically based on players' reputation?

What about making a resonable reward on every rank?
It looks like who designed the reward ranks was high or something. It worth like nothing until 2500 and then goes weirdly up on 3000 i guess making intermediate ranks getting some lower but real reward would be awesome, making possible to downgrade and recalc level would help on the reward/rank system too
