Obtaining Realms and Shardstones

Hi, I've been opening a few packs and I realise that of all the cards none was a Realm or Shards tone card. Can anyone tell me how to get one? Or is just luck? Or do we have to craft it ourselves? Cause I need to create new Realms to continue my stories hahaha
