I purchased "Lost Credit Card 1200" for 11 euro. Credit not received.
If a purchase hasn't completed correctly on your device, the steps below will attempt to resolve this for you straight away. Please read through the entirety of the following first, and then perform the steps below:
1) Open up the game, select the Build button in the bottom right, and select the Market.
2) Select the item that you purchased and click BUY, but do NOT confirm the purchase if a pop-up appears.
3) Once you've selected the BUY button and the app seemingly does nothing, the transaction should be refreshed. At this point, close and reopen the app, and the credits will be added to your account.
This procedure will refresh any unprocessed requests. If the app asks you to confirm a purchase, then your original purchase has already been resolved, or you're attempting to buy a different bundle.
If the solution above does not help, we are aware of a Google ID issue which may have occurred when having multiple Hackers networks on a single device (using the same Google Play account details), or that use the same payment method. If you used methods such as an app cloner or cache clears to have multiple Hacker's networks on your device, please log in to your other networks and perform the method above - this will attempt to refresh the purchase in the same manner.
If your credits have not been added to any of your networks, we will add the credits to your network manually. To allow us to do this, please send the info below to firstname.lastname@example.org
, along with the transaction ID of your purchase. This ID can be found on your Google Play receipt and starts with the prefix "GPA." For iOS, please send us a copy of the screenshot of your App Store receipt.
