I purchased "Lost Credit Card" but the credits weren't received.
What information do you need to confirm and recover the purchased item?

If the purchase hasn't completed correctly on your device, the steps below will attempt to resolve this for you straight away. Please read through the entirety of the following first, and then perform the following steps.
1) Open up the game, select the Build button in the bottom right, and select the Market.
2) Select the item that you purchased and click BUY, but do NOT confirm the purchase.
3) Once you've selected the BUY button and the app seemingly does nothing, the transaction has been refreshed. At this point, close and reopen the app, and the credits will be added to your account.
If this doesn't resolve it for you straight away, we will add the credits to your network manually. To allow us to do this, please send the network details below to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a copy of your Google/Apple receipt. We'll review and resolve this as quickly as possible for you!
