Hackers cannot run properly. [RESOLVED]

As the title, I have an Asus Nexus 7 running Android 7.1.1. If I open Hackers, right after showing "Loading administration" the game's screen turns black immediately. If I keep waiting, it'll eventually show me my network, but texts and icons are replaced with transparent squares.

I think that my device having a strange resolution (1280x800, not 1280x720) may require the game to re-scale images. But since I don't know anything about how the game works (I had no source :D), maybe, you, the developers can take a look at it.

Thanks :D

Thank you for reporting with the details. I must say though, that I am not aware of any issues being reported on Nexus 7, and there seem to be players playing on it.

It almost certainly should not have anything to do with the resolution, the game is designed to be scaled for various resolutions and aspect ratios.

It would probably be the best to follow the "general steps for fixing stuff" here, as in restarting the game, restarting the device. If that does not help, make sure your network is connected with your google account (in the options) and if so, try uninstalling the game and do a fresh install again from Google Play.

I see no 'official reason' for it to be behaving like that on a device such as Nexus 7, unless it's a sideloaded (modified) .apk from somewhere lelsee than Google Play, and potentially if the device uses some custom ROM with not the best graphics drivers, otherwise it should work as expected. Hopefully the restart and/or reinstall will help.

Yeah, after the "Loading administration", the screen turns black. Waiting for about 30 seconds I see this: ... Ug_j0e7KoB

Well, I guess there's some problem with rendering. Since I have run some Unity games without any problem on this device (with the ROM I'm currently using), I don't know what caused the problem.

I know there are some players using this device (the comment/feedback part on Google Play Store has an option to filter out users with the same device), but, I cannot know if they use Android 4.2 or have upgraded to 5.1 (or even using custom ROMS). So, it would be kind of you, the developers to take a look.
