how can I connect back to my account [RESOLVED]

Hi,

I had to wipe my phone, installed Hackers again and I somehow need to start again??? is there a chance I can connect back to my account ???? dont wanna lose all the time I have spent playing already...

If your account was linked to your Google/iPhone account then just finish the tutorial and reconnect your game to the account in world map settings menu.. If it wasn't connected.. Well erm.. Yeah that's going to be a hard one..

hi,

yes i had it connected, with google, its even connected now but my account is not showing???

Gotta make sure you've got your account set up in google play so it shows up when selecting the account when you launch the game.

If your original network was connected to Google, it will be recoverable. On the start screen, selecting the option for already having an account, then "Other" for Android, will restore your network if the ID's are the same.

If this doesn't work, progress through the tutorial till you get access to the World Map, then option up the Options Cog and select Google: Connect. Similar to above, if the ID's are the same you'll get an option to restore your original network.

If neither of these work, then the ID's differ somehow. In this case, send me a mail at support@tricksterarts.com, and we'll get this reviewed. :)
