Resolved this issue on my phone:

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7edge. I hope this will help tricksters arts and other players with further diagnostics and troubleshooting.

I had this same issue. After looking further into changes I made on my phone, I remembered I enabled ' developer options' on my phone. Once I disabled developer options, the video AD worked perfectly and I received my 5 credits.
