Mobizen screen recorder but quality is not good
Re: Best tools for hack videos
Good question. I use this but I can't record IG sound. Quality looks ok I guess?
Away until (at least end June but maybe) mid July, so hack me
and leave a message
EDIT : I am actually leaving this Beta, good luck for the devs and have fun hacking!

I'm using NVIDIA Shield device. As a tablet for gamers, it has some build-in functionality for game-play recording, even with sound.

Airshou is one of the best video recorders i think it also records in HD(720p) and other qualities also but it requires root.
There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Re: Best tools for hack videos
I'm interested in a screencast solution for Android. Cast screen and audio to PC, then record on PC. This has a few advantages, namely the fact that this uses PC resources for recording and disk space.
Currently I use the distributor's screencast app combined with Win10's Connect app over some form of wireless. It must be wifi or bluetooth. There are issues. First and formost: I'd like to transmit via the manufacturer's USB cable. The image is rather muddy so it's obvious it has been encoded at mediocre quality before transmitting to the PC. There's a half-second delay between phone and PC. The Connect app's frame rate is lower than the phone's (probably 20fps vs. 40fps). There are frequent hiccups in the video and audio feed.
So not ideal. Anybody have suggestions?
