Here is a picture of my lay-out.
Is it good like this or should i change anything?
I moved the core out off the safe zone because lately i got hit with kraken a lot.

Don't put guardians next to code gate

Don't put sentry next to code gate

Use the core as distraction, don't just toss it aside

Level your sentries dude like seriously...you have 2 databases but terrible sentries? Whats up with that

I try several things but the net connection limit if 9 is harassing me.

I'm sorry but you'll have to work out how to fit it yourself.

It's hard I know, but keep at it, you'll get it in the end.

You're main issue is you're not clumping certain areas. This causes the 9 node limit problem. Learn to clump your back resources correctly and you should be good to go as your chokes are already quite nice.

Right now, you have snakes at the back like this:


Try clumping them like this:

or like this:

This will give you a lot more space for defences as your resource nodes aren't too far away

Nice base. Main issue here is code gates

You generally want your code gates at the front to stop stealth attacks early on. Splitting them up is also generally not a good idea. Try and stack one on top of the other if you only have two

Hey im Carl new here love the game its great gj guys. So after reading threw the many tips ideas and what nots iv noticed 80% of peoples networks take the string approach with branches etc. Iv tried making something slighly different i have ocd for neatness and everything needs to look right and came up with this! Whats your thoughts? Seems to very good against kraken attacks however fails against stealth attacks

I'm really sorry m8 but this net won't do. You have simply negated your code gates, and that choke-scanner is not affective at all.

Why would anyone kraken your base is a mystery to me, when you can easily do it with a few beams and ice.
