Cost have never been a proper way to balance anything. Space wise, yes, but if you can get full stealth off, or portal all the way in, would it matters? Come down to 300 and have some tea. I think the only time that is good to proceed upward in rep... Is when you have reached all nodes max and all programs max so you don't have anything to do and...just move yourself up to show off yourself... If low level like...less than 45 its best to stay cool ...

I had such a thing a time ago... As i heard the search result is basef on your Lvl and rep so... for example: If you are on rep 400 with lvl 33: 1_You get lvl 33+ guys with rep less than 400(Hard) 2_You get lvl 33- guys with rep more than 400 (Easy) 3_and someyimes lvl33+ guys with rrp more than 400...
