It happens with shitty internet connection. Nothing to do about it.
Suggest you just take screenshots of such bases to avoid going back and forth 20 times.
I rarely use more than 60 sec to decide and that's with Maelstrom type nets

Don't do both beam and shuriken. Stick to one till the end. Note: I'm doing the shuriken route so leaving beams at lvl 1. It's hard really hard. Since shuriken already cost 4 times the beams and at lvl 3 they'll cost as much as my lvl 1 ice. But mid game and probably even end game shuriken is King....
