It could be related to some connectivity glitches, maybe the connection to the observed network is not timely closed somehow and runs in the background for few more seconds, when this happens I return to the world map normally after I disconnect, and the internet connection is not lost (no pulsating...

Core needs 7+ taps to show a picture, Scanner needs 7+ seconds to show a canvas where you can draw this picture XORing cross patterns. Do you see where I'm going with this?
