Did you brute force hack (beam cannons, shuriken, worms etc)? Or just use access? It sounds like you only used access in which case you need a data leech or 2 to be able to download it. Screens hots help if you could. Sounds like a bad glitch if not.

It takes 30-40 seconds depending on what level it is. It automatically starts downloading once you capture it. Data leeches speed up the download.

While all the info is on the wiki, I find it slow to load and find the info needed. (Not the best WiFi)
