Maybe set our own "test system" contract, like NPCS give but we could set a possible reward. Trying a new layout can be a pain waiting for someone to attack, if my resources are too low to be enticing.

It does feel like timer watching somewhat at lvl12 at the min. That said... Something to do while programs compile. It's eye candy for sure. Something to enjoy like puzzles/trials. Maybe a certain layout with a quirky preset amount of given programs. Or...option to watch an ad to lower compile times...
